Not career coaching. A community where you practise agency.

Become AI-ready and change-ready while you recognize opportunities, make decisions, advocate for yourself and shape your career, alongside women navigating the same shift.

Women working with AI tools together at MamaTech AI Studio

Six themes that rotate through the year

Each month is self-contained, so you can join in any month. Each one ends with a small piece of real work.

01

The shift

How AI is changing roles, including yours.

02

Your value

Strengths, transferable experience and professional identity.

03

AI fluency in practice

Use AI tools on real tasks, not just read about them.

04

Making moves

Spot opportunities and make career decisions with confidence.

05

Making your case

Visibility, advocacy and negotiation.

06

Shaping your work

A real project that can become your showcase piece.

How a month works

Weeks 1–3: understand the theme, practise it, act on it. Weekly sessions are online, on Fridays, 12–1 p.m. ET.

Week 4: an open session for members and alumni: guests, employer conversations, member wins and showcase practice.

How to join

1. A short application

One question at its heart: what change are you navigating? It takes about ten minutes.

2. A small fee, paid once

$100 a year

Paid once at checkout, with no invoices or reminders. It’s a commitment to yourself and the group, not how HerFutureReady makes money.

Supported seats

A few seats are free for women who can’t pay. Ask for one in your application. No proof needed, and it stays private.

You don’t leave when the season ends

Alumni stay in through week-4 sessions and the conference, and take on new roles as they grow.

Questions

Is it online or in person?

Weekly sessions are online, on Fridays, 12–1 p.m. ET. HerCareerConference in June is in person in the Greater Toronto Area, and the December showcase is virtual.

Can I join partway through the season?

Yes. Each monthly theme stands on its own, so you won’t miss anything you need.

Do employers see my information?

Only if you choose. We share a member’s profile with an employer only with her opt-in consent, each time.

How do I ask for a supported seat?

Choose the supported seat option in your application. You won’t be asked for proof.
